We're heading indoors for the winter!  Storrs Farmers Market is now open in the Buchanan Auditorium at the Mansfield Public Library from 3:00 - 5:00 pm.

In 2008, Storrs Farmers Market opened the first winter farmers market in eastern Connecticut.  The first winter season was so successful, we're happy to say that the 2009-2010 will expand to twice a month!  The Winter Market features a wide variety of items, including apples, pears, cabbage, winter squash, greens, onions, and potatoes.  Local honey, maple syrup, goats milk cheeses, fresh baked goods, beef, and eggs are available year-round.
